Jeff, who originally planned to set off from Newfoundland, Canada in spring 2007 with his two horses Rocky and Cheyenne, has had to postpone it to 2012 due to unforeseen circumstances.  Jeff hopes to reach Bella Coola, B.C. in the fall of that year.

The team will use the National Trail system as well as the Trans Canada, "whichever is more remote or keeps me off the beaten path," as Jeff wrote in an email to The Guild.
